Return Policy

doohickee.com will replace or refund the full purchase price of any product returned due to a manufacturer's defect and/or shipping damage. Simply return it within 45 days of purchase to us for a replacement credit or refund on your invoice for the purchase price.

Follow these steps to return an item:

1. Make a copy of your invoice and mailing receipt for your file.
2. Pack your items and invoice in the shipping carton.
3. The preferred method to return merchandise is through UPS Ground at their nearest facility.
